Within the scope of the Contributing to Social Life activities, preschool students aged 4–5 from Bahçeşehir Atakum Campus visited the Faculty of Fine Arts campus on December 19, 2025. The little guests explored the “Blue Voyage” exhibition, created by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fidan Tonza Helvacıkara using recycled materials, and became acquainted with the artworks.
During the visit, the children toured the workshops of the Department of Ceramics and Glass and participated in a fun hands-on activity, painting recycled glass soda bottles. The painted bottles will later be shaped in a fusion kiln to become part of glass artworks.
The event aimed to introduce children to art at an early age while raising awareness about recycling and sustainability.
