Our senior students from the Ceramics and Glass Department at Faculty of Fine Arts—Özge Öntaş with the project titled “Evaluation of Meerschaum Waste in Glass Materials”, Ayşe Güler with “Raising Awareness in Recycling: Artistic Use of Ceramic and Glass Material Waste”, and Melike İnce with “Investigation of Boron Waste as an Alternative Raw Material in Artistic Glaze Compositions”—have been awarded support for their projects, including experimental and application processes, under the TÜBİTAK 2209-A Undergraduate Research Projects Support Program, 2019 Call.
