Students will apply for meal grants from November 20th to November 28th 2025 via the portal.omu.edu.tr website (Username: studentnumber@omu.edu.tr Password: Your student information system login password)

Applications submitted with incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information will not be accepted and will be deemed invalid. Disciplinary action may be taken against such students if necessary.

Applications will be assessed by the Meal Grant Determination Committee, consisting of at least three members from the relevant departments.

Units will list students applying for meal grants in order of priority, in accordance with the decision of the Meal Grant Determination Committee, and record them into the system by the end of the working day on 3 December 2025. The lists created by the units will be submitted to Department of Health, Culture and Sport by the end of the working day on 5 December 2025.

The list of students eligible for meal grants will be published on the Department of Health, Culture and Sports' website by the end of the second week of December 2025

Students who are eligible for the meal grant must either use the Akbank SoliClub application or have applied to Department of Health, Culture and Sports for a ‘Pass Card’.
PS :The period for eating meals with student ID cards will end on 28 November 2025.
